I was told I had upgraded and entered a new 24 month contract, which came with a phone. The next two months was a nightmare of phone calls and back and forth trying to get the courier company to collect the phone so they could cancel the contract. The customer care was rude and accusatory. It reminded me of tactics used by the church of scientology to pressure people into submitting. We have still not sorted this issue and they have still not fetched the phone

Upon a bit of further investigation, it turns out my initial contact is still being offered and was not discontinued as I was told
