3 weeks - no reply

I am appalled at the service that elite mobile offers. I have made numerous calls regarding a cell contract that has not been recharged for the month of March. Suddenly the complaint now includes a couple of extra months. Since Friday, the same phone says NO SERVICE. Vodacom referred us to elite mobile, elite mobile passes the buck back to Vodacom. this is a phone that is being used for business purposes.<br> <br> I would like to know where and how to cancel ALL dealings with elite mobile. I would also like the public to know of the of the hoi poloi they sell you over the phone.<br> <br> DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Call Centre is *********** and makes empty promises. We will call you back... Sure? When you want to sell me an new phone maybe. But what about the current issue. Its been escalated... Where did you escalate it to?? The moon?
