2 months wait for sim swop to be done

Its been 2 months waiting for my sim swop to be done. Im losing money and patience as my phone number isnt working. Everytime you call this company they are clueless about everything. Whoever does business with this company is doing it at his own risk. I also blame vodacome for allowing such shady companies to sell their products as this will leave a lot of customers unhappy. We are unable to terminate any relationships with this company and forced to stay with contract with such disgusting service. By the dont bother responding to this mail as I know that nothing will come of it.
