12 month old unresolved Vodacom query once again ignored

Refer to my review posted on 06/01/2021 this year regarding my 12 month old query that is still not resolved: Vodacom acknowledged my complaint on the same page, but up to now, 8 day later, nobody has contacted me. Donald du Preez
