Appalling service from Easy Appliance Repairs
We called Easy Appliance Repairs to have a look at our faulty washing machine. They arrived, pulled R8 in change out of our pump, and told us to replace the entire pump, which we (apparently) did. For this they charged us R2850 - for what we subsequently discovered is a R300 pump. However the washing machine error continued and, after considerable chasing, we managed to get Dave and his team back in to take another look. The machine worked while they were here and stopped working as soon as they left. Unfortunately Easy Appliances has largely ghosted us since then. The second service provider we got in to actually fix the issue, at considerable additional cost, has suggested that Easy Appliances never replaced our pump - or, if they did, installed a battered second-hand pump from 2019 (it has a date on it). This is appalling behaviour on the part of Easy Appliance Repairs, who effectively took our money and did absolutely nothing. Buyer beware.

Never work with this company, it is a ****!
This company is just a piece of nonsense! Dave is very eager and promising at the beginning, only to find out later on that it is all a ****. My washing machine had a problem of occasionally stopping during the process, but when you restart it runs fine till the end. Dave said they have a callout fee of R350.00. The technicians (if not Dave himself since I don't know him) came, stripped the machine and gave a quote of R2350 to replace pressure switch (broken presumably by them) and to replace the clutch. Since the quote happened to be relatively high for me at the time, I was happy to pay the callout fee and close the deal and I did so. Unfortunately, I had to learn the following morning that the back cover wasn't *****ed back, and the machine is now NOT working at all, only lights up! I contacted Dave asking them to come and sort it out, back to the way it was, but he 'ghosted' me. Later, he sent a short text, saying there is nothing they can do because those parts need to be replaced. After some time, he sent another message saying that they are on the way but now the 'Final cost will be R3350.' What nonsense is this?

Stay Away From Dave the ****mer!
Dave, was eager to promote his business! He sent his guys to come and investigate the problem, gave us a quote and 6 month guarantee. We paid him full.... my oven still not working. He had to audacity to tell me that I am becoming a headache.....how many people are you *****ing from on a daily basis. Going to explore every avenue to close down this business. People are struggling and you feel you have to right to keep exploiting people with your false advertising????

Dave, was eager to promote his business! He sent his guys to come and investigate the problem, gave us a quote and 6 month guarantee. We paid him full.... my oven still not working. He had to audacity to tell me that I am becoming a headache.....how many people are you *****ing from on a daily basis. Going to explore every avenue to close down this business. People are struggling and you feel you have to right to keep exploiting people with your false advertising????

FAILED TO REPAIR FRIDGE OR FULFIL WARRANTY
Our cold room was supposedly repaired, but stopped working after 2 days and 7K later. Questionable what they actually did. They promised to come back but failed to show and turned their phone off. Do not work with them.
