Never work with this company, it is a ****!

This company is just a piece of nonsense! Dave is very eager and promising at the beginning, only to find out later on that it is all a ****.

My washing machine had a problem of occasionally stopping during the process, but when you restart it runs fine till the end. Dave said they have a callout fee of R350.00. The technicians (if not Dave himself since I don't know him) came, stripped the machine and gave a quote of R2350 to replace pressure switch (broken presumably by them) and to replace the clutch. Since the quote happened to be relatively high for me at the time, I was happy to pay the callout fee and close the deal and I did so. Unfortunately, I had to learn the following morning that the back cover wasn't *****ed back, and the machine is now NOT working at all, only lights up!

I contacted Dave asking them to come and sort it out, back to the way it was, but he 'ghosted' me. Later, he sent a short text, saying there is nothing they can do because those parts need to be replaced. After some time, he sent another message saying that they are on the way but now the 'Final cost will be R3350.'

What nonsense is this?
