Cars are being tampered with for extra fees
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I took my car for a service last year and it came back with issues I had never experienced before. When I raised this, I was told I would have to pay extra for them to fix it. I refused, as I should not be liable for faults that occurred while the car was in their care, and I ended up having to fix it myself at my own cost. Unfortunately, I experienced the exact same problem again. I took my car for a service last week, and once again it came back with new issues. I returned it on Saturday and by Monday I had not received any feedback, so I called them myself. I was given the same response as last year – that I must pay to have it fixed. When I asked why my car was in good condition when I brought it in and is now faulty after leaving their workshop, no one could give me an answer. The only response was, “Ma’am, you have to pay for your car if you want it fixed.” It feels like vehicles are being tampered with to generate extra charges, as if the service fee itself is not enough. I am very dissatisfied and will not be returning🚮

They'll help you until the money is in the bank...
I purchased a 2023 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport from Eastvaal in May 2026. Before buying, I informed them that I would have the vehicle independently inspected. They assured me that all their vehicles go through a 101-point quality check and that if anything was found, they would assist, as that is how they do business. The independent inspection revealed that the rear shocks were leaking and needed replacement. I proceeded with the repairs (at my own cost) after being told that Eastvaal would help and that their workshop would contact me. Five months later, I have still not received any feedback, response to emails, or contact from the workshop or Eastvaal regarding the assistance they promised. Multiple follow-ups have gone unanswered from both the sales agent and branch manager. The initial sales experience was positive, but the complete lack of follow-through after the sale is disappointing. A 101-point quality check should have picked up leaking shocks, and a verbal commitment to assist should not simply disappear. If you are considering buying from Eastvaal, be aware that after-sales support and communication may not match the promises made during the sale.

Poor service! Damage headlight
Car went in for Service at witbank Ford. The headlights were tested and in working condition. After the service the right headlight was cracked and had a white burned spot on it. They told us it is not their fault. Very poor service! Will never support them in future.

Damage to vehicle headlight when serviced
We had our Ecosport serviced on the 23rd of December 2025. Video footage proved the headlights working when booking the vehicle in for service. After receiving the vehicle back the right hand front headlight was blown and the cover of the light had a melted spot on it and a crack. We took the car back and reported this to the workshop manager. He told us it's nothing they did as they switched off the headlights when booking the car in and although connecting a diagnostic computer to the car was detailed on the invoice it was never done and he has limited video coverage and none to verify our claims and conclude that this damage is for our pockets and all he can do is to get a new light that we have to pay for and can only assist by having it fitted for free. We will definitely not be using Ford service centre Witbank in future.

Very bad service from Eastvaal motors Witbank
I took my car for service, then they said there is oil leak on my car so they need to strip the car and that can take about two weeks mind you I never saw any oil stains where I pack my car, but I agreed cause I thought they know best, they did not communicate with me for the duration that my car was with them, two weeks n few days later they said I can come and fetch it, I started hearing some strange noise every time I drive over a speed hump at first I thought maybe it’s all in my mind but I gave my brother the car n he also picked up that there is something loose, I called them to inform them about the issue they said I must bring the car, I’m hear now it seems like I won’t get any help some guy drove the car n he said he doesn’t hear any funny sound but they will check it out I bought a brand new car cause I was avoiding spending money on mechanics every month n I’m just a girl I don’t know much about cars so I’m so shattered cause it seems like these people will s**** my car😭😭😭there was no oil leak on my car it was just their way of claiming from warranty

Eastvaal motor City bad experience and continuing
The vehicle that I received from them has some issues to be fixed I hav3 been communicating with them to get this sorted from 7 October I have requested to speak to their head of department and it is clear that they do not appreciate or deal with any of their customers after sales I would highly recommend that any person that does wish to do bussiness with them to reconcider and use someone else.
