USELESS, NEVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE
They are lucky to get 1 star seeing as that is the worst rating on the Hellopeter site. It has now been more than 2 months since I placed a normal LTE router order with them and still nothing, every week promises is made but nothing happens.

I have checked in on your order and it seems that we required additional documents (address verification & bank verification documents), which has unfortunately caused a delay in your order delivery.
I see that Courier IT did try and deliver your order on the 7th September, but the order was sent out with the incorrect RICA documentation, which means that you could not receive the order.
I see that Kerryn from our team already raised this query with Courier IT and Telkom 2 hours ago, to get it re-issued and sent to you with the correct RICA docs, so that you are able to receive the item.
We sincerely apologise for the delay on your order and will endeavour to get your order delivered ASAP.
