Im gatvol!

15/09/2016

I enquired to dsl telecom for one of their wireless lte services, i sent through all my details as well as my gps coordinates for them to test if i will have coverage because i stay on a farm and network is rather scarce.

Anyway no one ever came back to me to inform me if whether i will have coverage or not.

After sending through my application forms and all necessary documents i wasnt even informed if whether it was successful or not, a week later i received a call saying that my router will be delivered within 3 working days

26/09/2016 My router got delivered and when i got home to test it, it wasnt working. First it never got activated and i had to wait 24 hours, 24 hours turned into 72 hours and still no luck, after speaking to 1 of their IT guys who explained what i should do in order for it to work. After million attempts still no luck.

03/10/2016 Within a week i sent through cancellation forms because it would be stupid to be paying for something that doesnt even work.

To this very day 25/01/2017 my account has been debited 3 times, once october R507.17 for 1st month including installation fees and activation fees. November R399 monthly fee and again December R399.00. Both November and Decembers payments u had reverse because i refuse to pay for something that doesnt work.

I was told that if i cancell the contract i would have to pay the full amount for the 24 months, even though i cancelled it within 7 days.

So *anonymous* told me that she woukd rather change the ownership to some1 else so that it doesnt get cancelled and i wouldnt pay the full 24 months. Its already almost 5 months and nothing has been cancelled; no change of ownership has taken place and my money has still not been refunded as promised

Now im receiving sms's to settle an account that i cancelled 4 months ago,

Please please what can i do
