Horrible customer service.

On the 15th of August 2019 I pre ordered wifi deal with DSL . As fibre was being installed in my complex. With the hope that when the installation was completed the process would be easier. The instalation was completed on the 3rd of September 2019 and the fibre went live. It's been over 2 months asking when will my wifi be installed. I have not gotten any joy. I have a string of emails from different people from DSL but zero satisfaction. They can cancel my application coz clearly they don't want me as a customer. Now they are busy sending me emails about increase in their teriffs when they have not even provided me with the service I requested.
