False and misleading sales pitch
DSL Telecom guaranteed me that they would deal with any Telkom relates issues I experienced if I made use of their services. Now that Telkom is not delivering any service, as anticipated and expected, this DSL is unable to do anything about it. Do not trust their sales pitch.

03 May 2022, 11:47Good day Stephan. We assisted you in March with a billing query and your case was logged directly to the Telkom Billing team. I have had a look and can see there is a new active case on Telkom's System, but no further tickets were logged directly with us since March, we will be giving you a call shortly to assist you.
