Extremely disappointed with the level of service from DSL Telekom

Absolutely disappointed with the level of service from DSL Telekom. The sign-up process was painfully slow, with constant requests for more and more information. I’ve been waiting over 10 days for a SIM card with no update, and the sales agent, Courtney, doesn’t even bother to respond to emails.

The so-called “affordable packages” are not worth the hassle of trying to get anything set up. I regret choosing this provider and would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Avoid the frustration and look elsewhere.
