DSL Telecoms, a DEFINITE NO as a service provider
After having signed up for Fixed Line LTE, I had some problems with connection speed. I was promised that the problems would be solved soon. Well after a few months now, the problems are still there. There are times when my connection speed drops to 0.5 Mbps. Often I have excellent results according to the speed test but I click enter and then I wait and wait. I send emails to Tech Support and most of the time I get NO response. I am SO sorry I went with DSL Telecom. I am in the process now to sign up with Telkom for a 10 Mbps ADSL line for MUCH cheaper than DSL's R 899 per month
