DSL Telecom, VOX Incompetence
What a bunch of clown's Beware these guys will sell you a non-existing service. Promise you sun, moon, and stars. I have submitted all the documentation as required. They confirmed my banking details at least 3 times, this alone took them 2 weeks. Once this was done and dusted their Service Provider informed me that the Estate where I am residing hasn't been built yet?????? Even though I have an existing Telkom VDSL line that is Servicing my Home. It seems to me that VOX Telecom and DSL Telecom employ *********** illiterate people. Avoid these Service providers, they are selling Services they cant provide.

Our Customer Support Manager has phoned you and sent you an email explaining the reasons that you do not have fibre in your complex. To confirm Vuma Fibre is live in your area but the Body Corporate of your complex has not signed off/allowed Vumatel to build infrastructure in the estate as yet, that is why they are not able to supply the Fibre service ordered in your area. The sales agent will only see that the general area is live for Vuma Fibre, only when the Vuma installer goes to install the fibre at your house, they are only able to ascertain that your complex does not have fibre available within it.
Your order has been cancelled immediately and you will not receive any bills. Customers are only billed once the infrastructure is provided and fibre service is active and fully operational to your home.
