DSL Telecom is not capable of delivery.

I can not complain about bad service from DSL Telecom but rather no service. DSL Telecom is not capable of providing the service they advertise. They claim to be the Leaders in IP Telephony if that is so then I'm afraid the leader is far behind in the 21 century.

I have now waited 2 months for an internet connection that would of been installed twice already and have been told today that once again there is something wrong and its going back to orders so I'll need to wait for another 4 weeks.

I suppose I could only blame myself for being dumb enough to choose DSL Telecom as my service provider. A mistake I hope I could prevent the person reading this from making.
