Don't take a dsl data contract

I signed a contract with them for data the sales representative said I would pay R369 and a R99 for for delivery. I made sure of this as I've had problems with contacts before. On my first payment I landed up paying R1000. Iv complained sent emails called them and up till now I have received no information on Wat has gone wrong or if it's going to be sorted out I just keep getting put on to the next person. I have had to go to telkom my self and go find out whats going on.
