Bad service

You guys are the worst company. You not honest when making a sale. I took a contract simcard with DSL month to month, the agent failed to disclose some of the information. They were just happy to make a sale. The worst part I called again asking more info about the Sim card and the failed to tel me that the Sim has airtime you later pay for. Called again no one disclosed the part until I saw the debit order and when I called that's when I was told about the airtime and transferred to the Telkom billing department. Even now m still waiting for the supervisor to respond to my complain. I have to pay airtime I thought was free cz I paid Sim activation fee.
