Application for WI FI Package

I have been in contact with Telkom directly yersterday, to take out an application for a WI FI package, which i have app**** for on the Telkom website as well. Then DSL Telecom phoned me, thingking they are from Telkom, sent through my application and documents to get the process running, where my friend from Telkom phoned me this morning confirming that DSL Telecomo is not Telkom. I started to phone DSL Telecom to cancel my application as i have not yet heard from them that my application is approved or have received/signed for any modem. They refuse to cancel my application and forces me to cancel the application from Telkom, otherwise i will have two bills. This is not acceptable, i have sent an email to cancel the application, as confirmation. I as the customer surely has the right to cancel something i have not received/signed for. They have gave me the Network number 081 180 to cancel it there, but even they cant pick up any pending orders under my ID. I will not tollerate something like this nor will i have some company to force me, if i want to cancel something i don not want from them anymore.
