Very unprofessional

i had the same experience as previous customers they say debt check and its a payment that goes off i tried calling no answer, i stopped the direct debit because for some reason it can not be reversed the bank said that the company has the authority to reverse it but when i called and they eventually answered they gave me a attitude and told me they couldn’t I asked for a manager or to speak to someone else the agent told me call in the next 10-15 mins everyone was busy this company is a ***** their details do not even pop up on google
