Misleading DebiCheck Mandate and Unauthorised Ongoing Deductions
I accepted this DebiCheck mandate while applying for a loan because I believed it was connected to the loan application. I was not clearly informed that I was signing up for a separate recurring paid service. Money continues to be deducted from my account, yet I do not know what service or rewards I am receiving. I demand immediate cancellation, a full refund of the deductions, and proof that the recurring charges were clearly explained to me before I accepted the mandate.

Don't want to cancel my debt order of R149
Complaint: Debit order cancellation not resolved after 2 months I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Indream Rewards. I have been trying to cancel my debit order for the past 2 months, but my request has still not been resolved. The debit order reference appearing on my Capitec account is: INDREAMREW AA***9. I do not have a membership number, and despite trying to get assistance, I feel that my complaint is not being taken seriously. I need this matter urgently resolved and confirmation that no further deductions will be made from my account. I request that Indream Rewards please investigate this matter, cancel the debit order immediately, and provide written confirmation of the cancellation. I hope this complaint receives urgent attention.
