Debit Order

I was called In January by a consultant from this company promising me a cellphone contract with them and since then I never had anything from them and on the 29 of March my bank account was debited with an amount of R97.00 and cannot get through to their number as I want to cancel this and be refunded because I do not have any service or contract with them. This is all misrepresentation.
