Your Company is not Safe!!!
First you registered two domains with company emails in the name of a person with a false ID, a ******** record and a company registration document that is not just in a different name than my company names BUT also not even in HIS name. Even though the payment for the domains came from my company and the proof of payments for the domains was sent from my email. The the staff are arrogant enough to tell me that it is NOT their responsibility but they sent me an email stating that every person has to prove that they are the owner of a company before a domain can be registered. After I've sent them my company documents, they still wouldn't accept it. They promised me all the emails that they recovered from their server that was sent and received to the *********'s server, I am still waiting. I am also still waiting for the CEO or even the General Manager to phone me back. Finally after days of hassles when the domains were in my name I received spam from 29 companies that received my info from them to offer me the service to build my website. The spam even spelled my name wrong as Kim did on her documentation, even though my name is on my company docs and ID. Not only did the staff put the phone down in my ear, they harassed me by phoning non stop after I said that I was in a meeting or Kim is so kind as to tell me that she is not prepared to discuss their mistake and how they will fix it. Vanessa, Garreth, Kim and Laura are of absolute no help and your company information and security is definitely NOT safe with Domains.co.za. The biggest ***** can show them false documentation and they help him steel your emails and your business from out under you. They are a DiaMatrix subsidiary and we have sent through a complaint to DTI, SARS and the Protection Consumer Board.

*** The domain names in question were registered by (we believe) your ex-business partner at the time of registration. No false information was submitted by the account holder at time of registration. FYI: Domain names can be registered by anyone; the registrant does not have to supply any company information when registering a domain name. Domain registration works on a first come first server basis. ***

***We as the domain registrar / website hosting company do NOT get involved in third party disputes, as this seems to be the case of what is currently happening between yourself and your ex-business partner. As per our T&C’s we abide by a court of law and the ADR domain dispute authority. This is done in accordance with the terms and conditions that were accepted on our website at time of registration. We did however advise the client correct steps (ADR / Registry / court of law) process to follow in order to try remedy the situation and we will abide by said outcome. The client did not however want to follow said processes and wanted us to get involved in a dispute between 2 third parties, which we cannot do. We did however offer contacted her ex-business partner in order to help resolve this and the ex-partner gave permission in writing to move the domains in question to her account.***

***All domains are registered in accordance with ICANN, the international governing bodies requirements. (https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/registrant-contact-information-wdrp-2017-08-31-en) ICANN requires all domain Registrars worldwide to list the owner of the domain name as the registrant with all of their information on the whois. Domains.co.za is an internationally accredited Registrar, we have very strict T&C’s, Privacy Policies that have to adhere to the governing law of South Africa. The South African Central Registry (ZACR) and ICANN International, we will do not give / supply data of any sort to any 3rd party. The emails that were received were gained from spammers who use the publically available WHOIS in order to get data and spam people for their services.
Vanessa, Garreth, Kim and Laura are of absolute no help and your company information and security is definitely NOT safe with Domains.co.za.
***Once again, the client is / was unhappy with us as we do not get involved in 3rd party disputes.***

***The client’s ex-business partner registered domain names via an automated system. As mentioned before, the registration of domain names worldwide is on a first-come-first-served basis. If any client’s trademarks were infringed upon, the client would need to get legal representation or lodge a dispute in the ADR process.***
