The bar has been set in terms of service delivery in SA

It is not often that I experience a level of service in SA similar to what I have received from DomainsDotCoZa in the recent years, and a positive review is absolutely neccesary, long overdue and does not repay the level of servo ce received even by a fraction.

Trust me when I say that these guys know what they are doing. They have never failed to assist me when I needed it. Not once experienced even a slightly grumpy support agent on the other end. Always friendly, always courteous and motlre often than not they go above and beyond to make sure me and my downstream clients are happier than happy at the end of the day. They respond extremely quickly to emails, always take my calls (even when an email would've been more productive/wasted less of their time) and when I make mistakes that translate to thousands of Rands worth of expenses for my small business, they have always done absolutely everything in their power to accommodate me to help sustain my business.

In my own service career I have never seen anything like this and will go as far as to say that this company should be the standard of all service delivery related business in SA. They set an extremely high bar and is a great example of what service should feel like.

I have been with them as service provider for around 6 years now and would not even dream of moving away from these guys irrespective if pricing models. The service just makes all of it worth it.

I might be going overboard with this posit I've review, but believe me it is as good as it sounds. I don't just have a service provider behind me, I have a business partner that actually cares about me and my business. I have had great times telephonic ally with most of the support staff and more laughs and fun than you would expect to find in this industry.

If you need someone to look after your hosting needs as I have mine, please don't even hesitate to use these guys. You will not be dissapointed. I have never given my word on behalf of someone else, but I will do it here because I am in awe of the help I have received throughout the years.
