Please improve after hours support.
Overall, it's been a good experience so far. I just want them to improve their after-hours support.
I have been struggling to get feedback on servers that are down for a while.

Apologies, we have teams that work after-hours. Various providers are currently being hit by a DDoS attack, which we are mitigating. We believe that if you are on the VOX network, there are issues connecting to our network.
