NO COMMUNICATION

My website has been deactivated as it was due for renewal and no email was sent to verify whether I would renew or not.

Upon logging multiple tickets as well as many phone calls to Domain.co.za no feedback or clear answer has been provide.

This is service is unprofessional and unacceptable. Communication is extremely important as this is my small business that is being held ransom by Domains simply because they wont advise what needs to be done to get my website back up & active.

Frustrating part is that no amount of calls, emails or tickets logged gets attention or a clear answer.
