Is giving proof of bank account details *****?

I simply requested a quote and proof of banking details so I can continue my grant funding. They rep**** almost instantly with a quote but refused to give proof of banking details. I was ignored and my request was even sent to the manager so he could tell me they don't give out of banking details because of ***** purposes. That is pathetic. All that is on proof of banking details is your branch number, account number and of cause your bank and a signature from a branch Representative. Real **** faces those guys
