Incompetence and Inconvenience

My email stopped working and no one could assist me, after multiple back and forth I ended up fixing it myself via google

Asked to cancel my subscription and was given the wrong amount I needed to pay, when it's time to refund me, Im asked to send multiple documents an inconvenience entirely on me otherwise I don't get my money... Money they shouldn't have asked for in the first place

Then you can never reach a senior person to actually deal with a problem, everyone just repeats the same thing expecting it to sound different
