Excellent Customer Service

I signed up with Domains.co.za at the beginning of November 2022 and I must say, their level of customer service and professionalism is excellent.

It was my first time signing up for hosting and I had the best experience with these guys. I had all my questions answered by Chad from their sales team. He was very thorough and professional in the manner in which he answered all my questions.

He is always willing to assist me with any questions or queries that I may have and has always responded to my emails really quickly (within 30 mins or less). Furthermore, from day one, there was never a day he was rude or disrespectful when I had a lot of questions or needed clarity with their service offering. He is friendly, professional, and always to help and that was more than I can ask for from an internet/hosting service provider.

Customer service and professionalism at this level are really hard to come by these days. A very big thank you to Chad and the team at Domains.co.za for taking your customers seriously and providing them with excellent service.

I certainly look forward to working with Domains.co.za in the coming months and hopefully years to come.
