Dilly dallying to refund me for about a month
I have been waiting for my refund for about 3 weeks. Last week Thursday Tammy Pieterse said it was processed that day but it's now a week later I have not been refunded TICKET ID 532177

It was processed, however, it did not go through, hence we asked you for a bank letter confirm account details. The payment was processed and authorized this morning.
