Beware domains.co.za hosting

<p>We have hosted our site for years with different local and international hosting providers. Domains.co.za has been the worst experience ever.<br /><br />Yesterday after editing our home page and checking the live site was perfect, today our home page shows blank. Even our customers reported seeing the updated home page perfectly yesterday but blank today.<br /><br />The only people with control panel access are myself and domains staff.<br /><br />I requested urgent backups from 31 march and 4 april over 30 minutes ago and despite being told they have created them and will send us the link they still haven't. I've called 3 times.<br /><br />They are a nightmare. This is affecting our business dramatically. Hosting with them is questionable in terms of support as well as vulnerability.<br /><br />They are damaging our business!</p>
