Better Communication Required Please

I would give Domains a 5 star rating if it weren't for the poor communication with their clients before they make changes to their website design features. It would be very helpful so that one doesn't have to find out the hard way that suddenly one's website layout is "all over the place". There doesn't seem to be anyone one can raise these issues with.
