Be aware of the following

I signed up, hosted my company website, paid tri-monthly and it auto renewed. Over some time their prices came down. So I asked for the payment to be stopped/cancelled. After a few days I renewed my website hosting site on the cheaper monthly rates. My site was still down, so I requested help. IT department was struggling to get it up and running again, numerous emails, and then I got a call telling me, my entire website and all related, backups and so on, has been deleted. Informing me when one cancels your payment, your website gets deleted. I was asked if this was explained to me and I said no, no one told me. I can not even describe to you the repocussions of this. They agreed on refunding my payment made.

So please be aware of this fact, so no one else has to go thru what I went thru.
