I have very excellent experience with the DLS Legalities, Mr Senzo help me a lot with some disputes and also with advises where I was also able to paid up some of my old account and he helped me to close them out, today I have great credit scoring because of him, I am forever grateful for their help..

Super happy with the service
I got a call from them in October 2025 to help me remove debts on my credit profile. I was owing over R300 000. They 1st charged me 30K but we negotiated to 10k with a debit order of 2k a month which I changed to 1k in December 2025. I have paid the 10K off and all my debts have been removed. The banks tried to have the debts back on my credit profile and I contacted DLS who followed promptly. All that’s left now is me working on my profile as I have been able to get a store card and a cash loan to help me build my profile. Thank you guys

Super happy with the service
I got a call from them in October 2025 to help me remove debts on my credit profile. I was owing over R300 000. They 1st charged me 30K but we negotiated to 10k with a debit order of 2k a month which I changed to 1k in December 2025. I have paid the 10K off and all my debts have been removed. The banks tried to have the debts back on my credit profile and I contacted DLS who followed promptly. REFUND / BAD SERVICE
I have been trying to get my refund dls legalities for the past 2 months and i have been trying to a hold of Wanda and Sabelo via what's app and email on queries with no luck i have been sending email everyday and what's apps but still am being ignored . i only got got a response from Andile Solange saying he escalated the matter to finance and i must wait for their respond on 13 July 2026 and since then he stop responding . Can you guys please assist with my refund . Mpolokeng Taole

REFUND / BAD SERVICE
I have been trying to get my refund dls legalities for the past 2 months and i have been trying to a hold of Wanda and Sabelo via what's app and email on queries with no luck i have been sending email everyday and what's apps but still am being ignored . i only got got a response from Andile Solange saying he escalated the matter to finance and i must wait for their respond on 13 July 2026 and since then he stop responding . My personal information was used without my knowledge - DLS Legalities has no answers
I received an unsolicited call from DLS Legalities ***) on 11 June 2026 at 14:58. The caller immediately began discussing my debt review status and personal financial information - sensitive details I never authorised them to have or use. When I asked how they obtained my personal cellphone number, the caller ended the call without explanation. The number they called from (+27 21 ***) does not exist when you call it back — a clear attempt to hide their identity. I then contacted DLS Legalities directly via the number on their Facebook page. A gentleman answered but was unable to tell me how my personal information came to be in their system. He said he would refer my query to their IT department and that I would receive feedback in 2–3 days. I have received nothing. This is a direct violation of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). My personal data - including my cellphone number and debt review status - was obtained and used without my knowledge or consent. The use of a non-existent callback number makes this even more suspicious. I have formally reported this matter to the Information Regulator and the National Credit Regulator. If you have received a similar call from DLS Legalities and they could not explain how they got your information, please share your experience. This company needs to be held accountable.
