REFUND / BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to get my refund dls legalities for the past 2 months and i have been trying to a hold of Wanda and Sabelo via what's app and email on queries with no luck i have been sending email everyday and what's apps but still am being ignored . i only got got a response from Andile Solange saying he escalated the matter to finance and i must wait for their respond on 13 July 2026 and since then he stop responding . Can you guys please assist with my refund .
