don't take life cover with dischem
Dischem life has the worst customer service and response time. I will never ever recommend anyone to take a life policy out with them....they have a whatsapp number but it's useless, *** is useless...very slow on tending to the customer issue

Dis-Chem Life Ignoring Cancellation Requests and Continuing to Deduct Premiums
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from Dis-Chem Life since opening my ***. From the moment the *** was sold to me, there has been virtually no support or assistance regarding the ***. I have visited the Dis-Chem Bluff branch on more than four occasions seeking assistance, only to be told each time that the representative responsible for the *** was either off sick or on her day off. Due to the ongoing lack of service, I informed the representative via WhatsApp that I wished to cancel my ***. Unfortunately, despite multiple requests and follow-ups, no action was taken. In fact, the continued lack of communication and service only reinforced my decision to cancel. To date, I have not used any of the benefits associated with the *** because I was never provided with adequate guidance on how to access or make use of them. What is even more concerning is that I was later contacted by a customer service representative who assured me that the *** would be cancelled. Despite this assurance, a premium was deducted again the following month. This has now happened for the second consecutive month after I submitted multiple cancellation requests. I find it unacceptable that Dis-Chem appears to be focused on selling *** but provides little to no support once the sale has been completed. Customers should not have to struggle to receive assistance, understand their benefits, or cancel a *** when requested. As a result, I am requesting the following: Immediate cancellation of my ***. Immediate termination of any future debit orders. A full refund of the two premium deductions taken after my cancellation requests were submitted. Written confirmation that the *** has been cancelled and that no further deductions will be made. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dis-Chem's *** products to others. The lack of service, poor communication, and failure to honour my cancellation requests have been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I hope Dis-Chem will urgently address this matter and provide a satisfactory resolution. Unreliable business
Unreliable service. We submitted a claim on 21 September, I was called by an agent that **** and said that the claim was submitted on 25 September. We're still waiting for a pay out. They are quick to take thier debit orders but payouts don't occur. I'd suggest you send your money elsewhere.

Refund my premiums
Disappointing.i took a lifecover. After 2 premiums have been collected i got a call from their underwriters that the policy will have to be canceled.i need my refund.you really need to change your system you can't start by deducting not knowing the underwriters decision that's *****.can I get my refund.
