DirectUnlocks - BE CAREFUL!

To unblock a Network on your phone... Be very careful when dealing with DIRECTUNLOCKS. Initial fee is charged (in my case it was deducted 4 times) The next step is to ask for another payment due to the fact that the "initial unlocking process was not successful" or the Cellphone Network "did not respond", Their next step will be to deal directy with the manufacturer...another payment will secure it. They keep asking for more money, and do not refund duplicate money taken. Support mail goes in circles, They request info but you cannot attach bank statements etc. They promise to phone, mail, escalate. It has no been 2 months. Phone not unblocked.
