DirectUnlocks - BE CAREFUL!
To unblock a Network on your phone... Be very careful when dealing with DIRECTUNLOCKS. Initial fee is charged (in my case it was deducted 4 times) The next step is to ask for another payment due to the fact that the "initial unlocking process was not successful" or the Cellphone Network "did not respond", Their next step will be to deal directy with the manufacturer...another payment will secure it. They keep asking for more money, and do not refund duplicate money taken. Support mail goes in circles, They request info but you cannot attach bank statements etc. They promise to phone, mail, escalate. It has no been 2 months. Phone not unblocked.

Don't use them
I needed assistance with unlocking my router from a specific network. I came across Directinlocks. They charge over R400 just to check if it is possible to unlock. Then another R800 for unlocking. Then they come back and say it needs specialized unlocking and Inneed today another R1200. I was very disappointed. I did not continue to make further payments. At this point I requested a credit note be issued. I they gladly did, but it can ONLY be used on their site for other transactions. I still have an locked router and R1200 less. Should have realized it was a ****.
