My child also have the right to education
Bad service its a month now no one phoned to get my child a school in south hills jhb. Now my son is living with his father and he doesn't want to be there. There is always space for other children but I have to wait. Or is there a problem because we are white. The law is that no child is allowed to get refused education Right? I want my child with me and there better be space for gr 1 the new term. Mont**** or Crest view

Department of education Mitchell's plain Rude Staff
I phoned department of education Mitchell's plain and on the 05th August 2026 at 08:10 option 2 for school admission the African lady who answer the fown was Very Rude and dropped the phone on me when I called again Noone at the offices knows who I spoke to im sure they know her they are just trying to protect a trouble maker if someone doesn't want to work she must stay at home my number is *** email is *** I demand answers,I am a mother trying to find a school for my child Not looking for a Stressed government employee to be Rude to me

Bad education system at local schools
Went to the Mamelodi high school today to collect my nieces school reports. How i a class room have 84 students and no class teacher? Grade 8D and Grade 9 D . Worse they get a different assistant teacher every term. The kids are failing dismally so and they don't want the issue to be addressed . Can the department help plz

Pathetic *****ulant and ******* Department
Gauteng Department is the biggest *****ulant department. Parents *** en betaal for school fees; but the Gauteng Department can't manage a thing. Pathetic. If you can't manage things like enrolment of learners for the next year - how about ensuring that they pass?
