My child also have the right to education

Bad service its a month now no one phoned to get my child a school in south hills jhb. Now my son is living with his father and he doesn't want to be there. There is always space for other children but I have to wait. Or is there a problem because we are white. The law is that no child is allowed to get refused education Right? I want my child with me and there better be space for gr 1 the new term. Mont**** or Crest view
