Debt Busters really helpful
i was heavily indebted, debt busters came to the rescue, on calls they give you clarity and always reply fast on email, highly recommend if you want to align your finances for a while, they have never missed a payment to my creditors

🥵Nightmare 🥵Debt busters are *********, lie and when you ask for telephone recordings they refused point blank. I was ****med into going under debt review. Do not even think of trying debt review rather pay your creditors yourself. They did nothing for me and made me pay R3500 for clearance certificate. Stay away from Debt review and Debt Busters👏

Unprofessional
What a **** , firstly they've ignored my *** for months asking for help, secondly no one told me that joining them will make your credit score worse and here they said my instalments will be taken care of , this is disheartening I think people should really not consider joining them imagine sending *** upon *** for **** customer service and still no one even got back to me , what an unprofessional bunch I regret joining them honestly and can't wait for all of this to be over

Terrible service
I will really advice people to just rather make arrangement with whatever institor company they owe ,than with debtbusters honestly their service is horrible and I have written so many reviews to them even upto those day I haven't received any help

Unprofessional and *********
Did not sign up with debt busters and they automatically captured my details. When i received a call, the person was extremely rude, saying that "the problem with you people is that you don't like help". They have now contacted me on WhatsApp and when i asked them to stop, the response received was "you know you could ignore this message instead of giving instructions". Terrible customer relations skills.

Good morning I would like to complain regarding my refund from one of the Creditors on my profile. Debt busters on Monday promised that they have spoken with Bayport to refund the money from Monday which was from 3 to 5 working days. Consultants from Debt Busters are giving me different feedbacks, disappointed
