Debtbusters mislead me
Debtbusters mislead me, regarding the debt reveiw process, I was told that they would give me a 1 month break from my creditors without any debit orders going through, instead morethan half of my debit order went off, leaving me stranded. When I called in to cancel my calls were dropped and my emails were ignored. I even reached out to the support team with no assistance, I truly regret speaking to the lady who honestly did not help me.

Deceptive conduct
I contacted DebtBusters on 19/09/2026 strictly to make a general inquiry and check options regarding debt counselling. At no point did I apply for debt review, nor did I ever sign an application or agree to enter debt counselling. To my shock, unilaterally processed me as a "client" and generated an unauthorised, pre-populated application pack (including a Form 16, Hyphen PDA mandate, and debit order cancellation forms) dated 13 October 2026 without my knowledge or consent. When challenged on this misrepresentation, they claimed it was a "misunderstanding" and promised to send proof that nothing was loaded onto the NCR Debt Help System (DHS) by DebtBusters by COB today. I am still waiting for that promised proof, while an unauthorised profile has been manipulated. Fabricating or processing unexecuted application packs based on a routine inquiry constitutes ********** misrepresentation and document falsification.Formal regulatory complaints are already logged with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and the National Financial Ombud Scheme (NFO). I expect Debt Busters to share as promised, proof that nothing was captured on DHS under my *** by them through a screen shot of DHS.

Poor terrible service. No response to queries raised. No response to emails sent. Creditors not being paid yet premium collected monthly, how could i have outstanding but am paying you monthly? instead of my credit to go down is going up, am not happy how they doing things every month am checking my credits is not going down is going up please fix your mistakes or i will leave with immediate effect.
