Cycle Lab were the only guys that gould get me a part
I have had nothing but good experience with them. I was looking for a weird part for my SRAM brakes so I contacted five or so cycle shops - only two came back to me and Cycle Lab were the only ones that could get it for me. Ryno and Oswald were great - thanks guys

Chris Willemse and Cycle Lab Useless
This review is for both Cycle Lab N1 City and Chris Willemse. I have yesterday spoke to Rhyno at Chris Willemse about a Turbo Boost voucher F 44 C21 936. I have no money and was hoping to see if I can purchase a bike or bike trainer should the voucher be able to cover the purchase.. Rhyno assured me to visit a store and see how they could help and I opted for N1 City Cycle lab after numerous bad service experience overall. Today I get to N1 and the dreadlocks guy is busy with a white guy whose kids almost knock me. We chat around bike and I mention the voucher and he then disappears to ring up a bike and I roam the shop for another 15 minutes. I p. Tyre purchase compromise
Ordered two tyres online of the exact same spec and got handed two tyres with different spec at Boksburg Cyclelab. Sales guy swore they the same tyre until I showed him the labels on the tyres. I ended up paying in an extra 80 ZAR because they didnt have what was "available" when I ordered. Spent at least an hour in the store while they tried to figure out how to handle the situation. A somewhat less than ideal shopping experience

Disrespectful behaviour demonstrated by one of the employees of the Cycle Lab, Lynwood
Today my brother and I went to the Cycle Lab in Lynwood to purchase a bike. We arrived there just before 16h00. The process of changing pedals and tyres to tubeless ones, bike fitting and checking the bike after changes were made took long. We also had to buy a bicycle rack, chain oils and other accessories. By the time we were ready to make a payment, it was 17h00. This is the time the store closes. When we went to tellers to make a payment, there were no cashiers. The salesman had to assist us with the payment. When we were still scanning items, one guy who was at the door wearing a black puff jacket switched the lights off. It was as if we were irritating him. If the store doesn’t appreciate customers making payments after 17h00, why did he not tell us when we were still doing shopping and walking in the isles. After making a payment, we went to the parking lot to put a bicycle rack on the car and tied the bike. When we were still busy tying the bicycle, the same guy in a black puff jacket came to us and said he wanted to lock the gate. This treatment of customers is unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not recommend the cycle Lab to anyone.
