Tyre purchase compromise

Ordered two tyres online of the exact same spec and got handed two tyres with different spec at Boksburg Cyclelab. Sales guy swore they the same tyre until I showed him the labels on the tyres. I ended up paying in an extra 80 ZAR because they didnt have what was "available" when I ordered. Spent at least an hour in the store while they tried to figure out how to handle the situation. A somewhat less than ideal shopping experience
