Worst support agent I've dealt with in a long time.

I've just had the worst call with one of their helpdesk agents named Claudia.

I was trying to query the status of an order I had placed with them in order to be a NEW CLIENT. I hadn't even managed to sign up properly and this woman screamed at me on the phone.

I'm expecting an apology from this woman personally, since she was incredibly unprofessional. I've already contacted the CEO of the company directly to lodge a formal complaint.

During this time where the economy is suffering, their helpdesk agents should not be chasing away potential clients with their horrible attitude.
