Worst service provider for ISP

I've had an account with Cybersmart for just over a year. Besides my 2mbps line that I'm paying for not even at the beat times reaching .58mbps, when you contact them, the minimum call duration holding on to speak to someone is 20 minutes!!!! I cancelled my contract. I was informed I will have access till month end as I have to give a 30 day notice, after 11 day my line is suspended! After my payment was made.
