worst service in fixing the problems

The fiber has been off since 4 this morning.Cyber have not updated or enail anything regardingthis matter it has been 12hours already and still we come out work and the fiber is still off....this is getting ridiculous that everytime we have loadshedding this damn fiber gives problem..Cyber doesn't even inform people that they are trying to fix the problem and it's already late and still we have to sit with this ***...hassendal Mooiberg Estate Kuilsrivier and still there is no resolve in this issue
