worst service ever encountered

If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute joke. Worse than Telkom , worse than any other company in any industry across the 4 countries I have lived. My husband moved us from mweb to cybersmart because he didn't realize mweb was providing fibre. Big mistake , I never had any problems with mweb. Now with cybersmart, not only is the service more expensive , it also doesn't work half the time. Just called the customer service line only to be told they don't deal with fibre issues, they only do ADSL. And fibre only has an email address where they can be reached , how convenient. Will be canceling at once and moving back to mweb. Cybersmart, you guys are the worst.
