Worst routera ever and service

Really bad place to be. The only reason I am with them is because I am forced to be with them. They iwn the line rights to the building and dont allow other ISO to install there lines.

They have the worst routers you can think of. If you are into gaming like PS5 or Xbox sray away. The routwrs theybuse do not allow your consol to pick up decent speeds. I have 100/100 line and i can not get above 6/3 on any of my consols. If i try my consols on other lines like at work i pick up super fast speeds. The router they use are so bad that even the guy that installed ot told me they have the worst routers and he cant waot foe them to get better routers. The giy told me they have complaints on a daily basis about how bad the routers are. I asked and they daod they ate looking into new routers and that was 9 months ago. I ask again and they said they still looking in to it. I ask if i can use my own routwr and they said no. I have expensive TP link routers which they wont let me use. So do your self a huge favor. Sray away from Cybersmart if you are looking for decent speeds.
