Worst ISP in the world

Many years ago i signed up with Cybersmart and switched ISP's, i then was billed to keep my email with them which is what i wanted.

After many years i returned to them and requested my email bill be cancelled as i was back with them and naturally you dont pay for your email.

I was told months ago that it would be cancelled and it was not! Today i get another bill and i phoned the accounts lady who speaks over me all the time, very unprofessionaly and told me it would be sorted. Later that night I get the bill AGAIN! Cybersmart is incompotent and pathetic. I feel like leaving them AGAIN !!! No wonder their google reviews is a 2 out of 5. Shocking. Maybe if i drive to their offices and get in their face maybe then they will take me serious. Or maybe i should just boycott these clowns! Pathetic!
