The Pandemic came and we temporarily closed our operation, we asked for relief and they were our only service provider who flatly refused to even engage. We then had to permanently close our operation in Durban due to the pandemic and they carried on debitting our account for 3 months. They then tried to debit our account again for a router. The opposite of Ubuntu and worst spirited business in SA. Rather use a dial up connection if you have to than going near Cybersmart.
